Mary G. Loker
Mary G. Loker began her legal career as a Trust Officer for Mercantile Safe Deposit and Trust Company after obtaining a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She then continued as an associate attorney at the prestigious firm of Fedder & Garten, P.A. where she further developed her practice in estates, trusts, and tax, along with review and revision of retirement plans.
After 10 years of practice with another law firm, Mary G. Loker opened her own estate, trust, and tax practice in Phoenix, Maryland in 1996 to support her clients directly, reduce the clients’ costs, and focus on developing these core areas of expertise. She has also been practicing in the areas of guardianships, private adoption, and court-appointed representation of children in custody disputes.
In 2005, Mary G. Loker became a Certified Civil Mediator and, since that time, has regularly been assigned as a mediator in civil cases by the Baltimore County Circuit Court and Baltimore County Orphans’ Court.
Mary G. Loker is recognized by the local legal, banking, and financial communities for her skill and compassion in providing her clients with efficient and cost-effective guidance in complex matters. She is frequently selected by the Courts, other lawyers, and financial advisors to represent individuals and estates.
