Amy Grossi
Amy L. Hicks Grossi has been a fixture in the Baltimore area legal community for nearly two decades, representing local government in the areas of general transactions, real estate, development, governance and open government. Before going into private practice, Amy spent nearly ten years as the chief of the real estate division of Baltimore County focused on government takings for public infrastructure projects and regulatory exactions and dedications from private development . Amy joined SGS in November 2021, and brings her experience and reputation for problem-solving to a broad range of development, land use, and transactional matters.

She lives in the Jacksonville/ Phoenix area of Baltimore County, and is an engaged community member with local civic groups and activities. She served two terms as Vice President of the Carroll Manor Recreation Council. She is a “Team Mom” for both of her sons’ Club lacrosse teams and has logged many hours volunteering in their school. Amy has been a member of Maryland Building Industry Association and the Urban Land Institute. She is an active member of the alumnae community of Notre Dame Preparatory School (‘91).
