If I can help parties resolve issues themselves and avoid the expense and sometimes trauma of going to court, I feel that I will be performing a worthwhile service. Mediation can be a wonderfully efficient way to resolve disputes.”Smith graduated from the evening division of the University of Maryland Law School and serves on the Boards of the University of Maryland Medical System, St. Joseph Medical Center, Shock Trauma, The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Towson University and Wheeling Jesuit University in West Virginia.
